A Clean Slate, subsidiary of Second City Snacks, is a privately owned, second chance cleaning company with a strong set of core values that guide every aspect of our operations. We believe people are the heart of our success and recognize that people make mistakes in all walks of life, and want to give those with a justice experience an opportunity to provide a living for themselves, and provide valued service to our clients. Whether employees or service partners, we seek out individuals who share our values and dedication to quality service and want to work to make up for mistakes from their past. This focus allows us to consistently deliver outstanding results that distinguish us from the competition.

A Clean Slate Cleaning Company is a social impact company created to provide a positive impact on the environment and society. We are a second chance employer that works with local nonprofits to recruit, hire, train and support people impacted by a justice experience. 100% of our staff shares this common experience and work daily to grow and learn and stay on a good path.
Second City Snacks owns and operates a wholesale kitchen that we created to provide high quality sandwiches and snacks at a great price, and has recently launched A Clean Slate Cleaning Company to provide commercial cleaning services to companies and facilities in our community.

- Carpets--Hot Water Extraction: Periodic maintenance which is performed by pre-spraying carpeted areas with a cleaning agent, injecting hot water into the carpeting, agitating the carpeting, and removing the water and soil with a high-suction vacuum.
- Dry/Encapsulation Cleaning: A water-less carpet-cleaning alternative to hot water extraction. Recommended for carpeted areas that cannot be subject to the hot water extraction method.
- Deep Cleaning: Post-construction cleanups, initial deep cleanings, periodic deep cleanings and many other deep cleaning services are available upon your request.

- Clean and sanitize basins and showers
- Empty trash cans and replace trash bags
- Refill soap, hand towels, toilet tissue, feminine products and toilet seat covers
- Replace urinal screens and mats when needed
- Clean ceiling vents
- Sweep and mop floor areas with neutral cleaner
- High dust walls, ceilings and horizontal surfaces up to ceiling
